Ah yes, the eastern bluebird, another favorite of many bird lovers. With several blue bird houses on our Shaggy Bark Hickory trees in our yard at Prince's Lakes, in Nineveh Indiana, we have some blue birds year round, and some come & go. Through the years I've painted them several times, but had to try and paint one in the WPA technique.
